  • Create an account on Solent Careers Online, then click the Campus Jobs icon. Search for “Campus Job 001 – Solent Creatives Talent Bank” and apply.

  • After our internal checks, we’ll invite you into the studio for a quick chat and a look at your work. Then you’ll officially join the Talent Bank and get added to our Teams channel. This is where roles are advertised.

  • Before you start, you’ll need to complete the online Campus Jobs training. We’ll be honest - it’s not the most exciting thing, but it’s essential. The bonus? You get paid for it. No training = no work.

  • You’re in control - apply only for the projects you want. Everything’s designed to work flexibly around your studies.

  • Work with real clients, grow your skills (with our support), build your portfolio, and earn money doing what you love.

  • Yup - it’s 4.5 hours and a must-do before you can start work. We know it’s not the most exciting thing in the world, but the good news? You get paid for it.

  • Absolutely. You only apply for roles you want, so it’s totally flexible around lectures, deadlines, and life.

  • All payments come through Campus Jobs, just like any other student role.

  • There are roles for all levels.

  • Of course - you’re in the driver’s seat. Apply only for the roles that appeal to you.

  • Not at all. You can borrow kit from the Media Hatch or use the kit we’ve got in-house.

  • Hourly rates are set by the University and every role we advertise is paid. No unpaid work here!
